RESOLVED: Disruptions on all our services on 11.12.2023 from 11:30 (gmt+1)


Dear developers,
Since around 11:30 (gmt+1), we were seeing disruptions, i.e. a high failure rate, related to backend services on various channels including online portal and also the xs2a interface. The issue could be found and resolved. All services resumed back to normal behaviour at 17:48.

Database Maintenance Work 09.12.23 11:30pm - 10.12.23 05:00am

Outage of Retrieval of Standing Orders

Disruptions on our Services: Mon 20.11.2023 - Tue 21.11.2023


Dear developers,
Last week, from Monday 20.11.2023 around 9:00am (gmt+1) until Tuesday 21.11.2023 around 9:00pm (gmt+1), we have seen a higher error response rate mainly on AIS endpoints. After analyzing the root cause, we found an issue with erroneous calls causing explicitly high traffic, resulting in some requests to fail.
