Outage of all our PSD2 services

Dear developers,
unfortunately there is currently an outage of all our PSD2 services.
We are investigating and working on a fix with high priority and will inform you once it's solved.
Nevertheless our fallback mechanism is in place and can be used during that time.

Error displayed for consent creation for availableAccounts with the value allAccountsWithOwnerName

Dear developers,
    there is an issue currently with creating a consent and calling availableAccounts with the value allAccountsWithOwnerName. For the decoupled flow, a 400 Bad Request error message will be delivered. For the redirect flow, an error message prdctNtPsd2Rlvnt will be delivered, indicating that the product is not PSD2 relevant.
      Currently, as a workaround, you can use the call allPsd2 with the value allAccountsWithOwnerNam in both cases - decoupled as well as redirect. Please see an example request below:

          Planed monthly maintenance downtimes

          Dear developers,
          due to monthly maintenance work, there will be the following planned downtimes:
          - Devportal: for 5 minutes between 04:00am and 04:30am each 21st of the month.
          - Sandbox: for 5 minutes between 04:00am and 05:30am each 21st and 24th of the month.
          - all PSD2 services: 5 minutes downtime between 04:00am and 04:30am each 27th of the month.

          Issues with Decoupled flow

          Dear developers,
          unfortunately there is an issue with the Decoupled Flow. All Decoupled requests are ending in the Redirect flow at the moment due to unavailability of the Decoupled flow. This is affecting both PIS and AIS.
          We are working on a fix with high priority and will provide a fix by the end of the week.
