Planned maintenance downtime

Issue solved: Owner name is displayed correctly for all consent scopes


Dear developers,
as we reported on the 20th July 2022 there was a bug in production when retrieving the account details for the consent scope "allAccounts".
The fix was implemented on the 9th January 2023. Therefore the owner name can be retrieved with all consent scopes again, including the consent scope "allAccounts".

Issue with redirect flow


Dear developers,
unfortunately there is an issue in the Redirect Flow. Since this morning there is an issue when redirecting end-users to the Commerzbank portal. The issue is related to kundenzugang.commerzbank.de. This is affecting both PIS and AIS.
We are working on a fix with high priority and will provide a fix short-term. We will inform you as soon as the flow is working again.

BGS-200-usrLggdIn: Consent Creation (AIS) via Redirect is failing


Dear developers,
    unfortunately there is an issue in the AIS redirect flow. In the process of consent creation via Redirect the consent creation process is failing with the error message BGS-200-usrLggdIn. All existing consents are still valid and account information can be retrieved. Also the consent creation via Decoupled is still working like expected.
      We are working on a fix with high priority and will provide a fix short-term. We will inform you as soon as the flow is working again.

        Technical error displayed for PIS approval in case of a combined service consent


        Dear developers,
          Currently there is a technical error appearing when trying to initiate a consent with combinedServiceIndicator = true. We are currently working on a fix and will communicate a timeline for it shortly. Meanwhile you can use the workaround with setting the combinedServiceIndicator = false. When this parameter is set to false or is not used at all this will mean that the customer cannot skip the login for the payment initiated directly after the consent creation.
