Planned Maintenance Instant Payments Downtime - 13. and 14.12.2025

Dear developers,
due to maintenance work, there will be a short-term outage of instant payments on the 13th and 14th December from 11:35 pm on the 13th until 5:00 am on the 14th. All our other services will be unaffected by this downtime. *Update from 5.12.: a more effective approach was found. The maintenance will only take a few seconds and no downtime will be necessary.*

Partial outage on 17.11.2025 from 12:02 PM until 12:36 PM

Dear developers,
due to an outage of instant payments, our PIS services were affected too. On the 17th from around 12:02 PM until 12:36 PM instant payment submissions were unavailable. AIS and other payment services were still available during that time. All services were back to normal afterwards. We apologize for any inconvenience..
